I do not typically post reviews but this experience was so awful I felt I needed to warn any prospective customers. I would never do business with this company again. The battery died on a U-Haul rental truck at my residence on the driveway. Big Hill Towing was dispatched via U-Haul roadside assistance at 7PM. At 8:20PM I got call from U-Haul stating that the service provider (Big Hill Towing) said the tech stopped at liquor store and had their jumper cables stolen. New arrangements were made for service the following day for no later than 8AM. The next day I got a text at 7:53AM from Tim with

Big Hill Towing was selected by my roadside assistance organization, and frankly I was skeptical about the quality of service I was about to receive. But the driver (Sean) and his partner were not only timely, arriving almost a half-hour earlier than expected, but they were accommodating to my specific situation. I was parked in the middle of the parking garage at the LEX airport, and although there was concern with their flatbed truck, they were able to quickly and carefully extract my vehicle, then promptly take it (and me) to the auto garage of my choice. These two were very friendly and competent

Big Hill Towing quoted a wait time of one hour. After an hour we were told that the driver had "towed a vehicle a further distance on the previous job than expected" and he would be to us in one more hour. When that hour had passed another call was made to Big Hill and we were told "he should be there in 45 minutes". We canceled. Totally unreliable (or unable to tell time). We spent hours waiting and Big Hill Towing was of no assistance. Look elsewhere. (When I complained to the rude dispatcher - she just hing up on me). Scumbags.
