We provide a wide range of services from routine preventative care, including immunizations, well child checks, and men's and women's health physicals, as well as management of acute and chronic diseases, dental care, mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, and pharmacy services. Our Medical Center offers primary healthcare for the whole family - from birth to geriatrics.
Bullhook Community Health Center is a certified Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), which means that you are the hub of your health care. PCMH puts YOU, the patient at the center of the health care system. Family physicians and Family Nurse Practitioners are training in providing health care services to people of all ages.

This grant allowed the Health Department's Bullhook Clinic to offer medical and care management services to the community with a sliding fee scale. Patients were able to access coordinated and holistic care with other providers in the community.
Bullhook Community Health Center provides healthcare services that help reduce the financial burden placed on the community when uninsured and underinsured residents cannot get the needed healthcare or cannot pay for the healthcare they do get.Community Health Centers are required to serve all residents of their service area with charges on a sliding fee scale based upon ability to pay.

Bullhook Health Center is open to everyone, regardless of residency, age, race, religion, insurance or ability to pay. A Family Physician and a Family Nurse practitioner are on staff to meet the medical needs of all ages and provide a full range of primary care and preventive services. Care Managers available to monitor and guide the individual to set goals for preventive care and chronic disease management.
Bill grew up in Great Falls and moved to Havre while attending Northern Montana College. After graduating from Northern, he remained in Havre as he loved this community and the Hi-Line. Bill is an Eagle Scout and active in Boy Scouts at the local, district and State levels. Two of three of Bill's sons are also Eagle Scouts.

Our dental branch currently employs two full-time Dentists, one full-time Dental Hygienist and one part-time Dental Hygienist as well as one full-time Dental Coordinator. We provide complete oral care - this includes dental services (treating cavities, tooth removal, crowns & bridges, root canals) and oral hygiene (teeth cleaning, and education and tools for continued oral care).

Took 2 appointments to get 1 tooth pulled, labeled me a pill seeker for requesting antibiotics for abcess. Has my name on file wrong (cause there your doctors and listening to you and caring right?) Got charged almost $1,300.00 to get 1 tooth pulled. Then hired some private investigator cowboy from Texas to knock on my parents door asking for the complete wrong person. Decided that was good enough Then turned me over to collections mid pandemic. And called it a day. These here are some cold heartless money hungry people right here. Your better ripping it out u

This is in regards to the dental. What’s the point of even numbing the mouth if you’re not going to wait for it to take affect? I didn’t even feel the lidocaine until I got home. Even after telling him I could feel the whole thing...”let’s try another angle” is the response I got...haven’t gone back and missed my last appt. one more filling left and I just cannot do it with that dentist. Worst bedside I have ever seen. Thank god he’s not a Doctor.

This place is awesome! I live in AZ and was in Havre visiting family. My son developed a really bad rash in his bottom and had diarrhea. Dr. Rose, Jenna, the whole staff were simply amazing. They took their time and were so thorough. I visitors them on 1/5. Today is 1/8 and I have gotten 3 follow up calls checking in on him. This is truly a great place to take care of your health needs.
