The Integrator is the only chiropractic adjusting instrument that was developed out of randomized clinical trial, blinded and with placebo control. The study was designed by Robert Duncan, Ph. D., biostatistician, at the University of Miami School of Medicine, together with the Holder Research Institute and founded in part by a grant from the Florida Chiropractic Society.

After high school, Dr. Osborn attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a major in Kinesiology. He loved studying the human body & learning its internal functioning-but he was looking to go even further. His final stop was getting his Doctorate of Chiropractic- in Bloomington, Minnesota.

First time ever using chiropractic care. I was experiencing numbness in my arms from my elbows down through my hands. I was having a lot of difficulty sleeping from tingling sensations. I did some research on Legend Chiropractic’s website and was impressed with the amount of time and effort he put into his practice. Upon meeting him he was very thorough and explained the logic and science behind his practice of using a neurologically based approach to healing. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Axel and his treatments. My experience has been all positive. Having lived with back pain on and off for many years I’ve gotten through the pain with ice packs, heat, physical therapy, stretching and avoided chiropractors. This last episode was not going away after five months of trying all of the above. I’d met Dr. Axel at a couple of events and discussed my condition. This isn’t the shortest review I’ve ever written, but it’s all real and true and worth sharing. I believe in celebrating people who stand out and go above & beyond, so I’m taking some time to share my experiences with Dr. Axel Osborn over the last 6 months.
Dr. Axel has been one of the brightest lights for me in 2021. When the pandemic hit, I went without bodywork for over a year. Add that to becoming a new empty nester, sending both kids off to college in the middle of a pandemic/city violence, and mourning the loss of my soul dog, and it was almost too much to bear.

Exactly 1 year ago, I went to Legend Chiropractic. Well, to tell you the truth, I thought I had an appointment with South Lake Chiropractic, but ended up at Legend. Was it fate? I get there, thinking I'm going to my scheduled appointment. I arrive at Legend. Door locked. Hmmm. I call the number on the door, Axel answers. Me. "I have an appointment at 4. Axel comes to the door. Axel says he has no appointments scheduled today. We talk. I'm at the wrong place! Well, as it turns out. . . It became the right place!

Dr Axel provides the kind of personal care and attention that you rarely receive anymore. He gets to know you a personal level providing that level of trust and comfort to communicate what is wrong and began the healing process. I've been dealing with neurological Lyme disease for a few years. I've come a long way, but was still struggling with balance, fatigue and numbness. Shortly after I stared seeing Dr. Axel, I was able to walk a straight line, something I've not done for 2.5 years.
The change I noticed was I no longer needed 9-10 hours a sleep daily to just function. My energy is increasing and I feel like I'm getting more of my life back.
My daily numbness and muscle spasms is way down as well. I've done A LOT of different treatments to help with my neurological issues, but nothing was helping with my remaining

Dr. Axel really did change my life. I have had poor posture just about my whole life. It was made worse by sitting at my IT desk all day in front of the computer. After we talked and he got to know me and my life and not just my back, he said he believed he could help me and he did. In the first two weeks I noticed a change and I have been… keeping my back much straighter since and doing it without effort. It is not just my back though; as a result of his treatment I am also breathing much more deeply and feel much more energized throughout the day.

Dr. Axel has done a great job of educating me and my husband about how chiropractic adjustments help the immune system. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. He has helped my husband with eliminating back pain and increasing his flexibility. I now have more range of motion in my neck because of his adjustments. Great all around guy!!
