During a 2-3 minute cryotherapy session, blood vessels in your skin's surface and muscle tissue constrict, forcing blood away from your peripheral tissues and toward your core. Inside your core, your body's natural filtration system works to remove toxins and inflammatory properties in your blood. These toxins and inflammatory properties are what typically makes you feel sore.
Polychromatic light therapy (PLT) is the simultaneous use of two or more wavelengths of light (color) provided by light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Researchers call the biological effects of PLT photobiomodulation (PBM).
PLT delivered via light-emitting diodes at various wavelengths penetrates tissue to different depths and is naturally absorbed by the cells to assist in the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy required for cell repair and regeneration.

NormaTec Compression therapy takes sports recovery to the next level. The technology uses pulsated, sequential pneumatic compression delivered via leg boots similar to a large blood pressure cuff, which feature five chambers that are attached to a control unit and pump. Cryo-Eeze did a wonderful job helping my son recover from a football injury. My son is 13 years old and loves to play football. He had a back strain and Ryder and his crew were fantastic in helping him create a plan and recover without even missing a game! It was a mixture of whole body cryotherapy, isolation therapy, red light therapy and vibration table! Ryder and his crew are the friendliest and most down to earth people you will ever meet!! What a fantastic place with a awesome staff. The owners Ryder and Tammy are great people and really what they are talking about. I have chronic knee pain due to years of running and arthritis. It is awesome how the isolation therapy has helped after just 3 treatments. The full body treatment is really awesome as well.
