The customer service at Elias Shoes is amazing!! I felt like I was stepping back in time to the Nordstrom days when customers were catered to, asked what they needed, shoes were brought out and they were placed on the customer's feet. Amal is a sweetheart! She did a wonderful job listening to my needs/wants and found me shoes that not only fit my needs but fit my feet to a tee!! I would highly recommend Amal and Elias for Shoes for any occasion!

So appreciative and thankful for the service I received today from Elise and all the lovely girls working. Elise took care of all my questions and was so knowledgeable about what could help me! I’ve always been gifted with a large foot, and there’s not a lot of places to shop anymore. Elise ordered me a couple of shoes and found me a selection in the store as well - I left with 5 pairs today. I’m set for both my jobs and the very warm Fall weathers of CA. Thank you, ladies. This store has restored my faith in local businesses again. Amal was vibrant and passionate with her wealth of knowledge about shoes with zero sales pressure. She gave me more information and help than two of my previous podiatrists - which proved to be worthless with the exception of the referral to this store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - my feet are LOVING my new insoles and shoes - I will be returning again and again to support this lovely family business!

This is the most amazing store. They have a great selection. I went because I have nerve damage in my toes but so many of the shoes are so cute it is a great store for anyone. They took so much time with me, even stayed open after closing time. The service cannot be beat. This family is so knowledgeable and beyond kind. Go check them out, you will be as pleased as me

My husband and I loved the customer service as well as the selection of shoes! We walked out of the store so pleasantly surprised with our experience! I experienced a tragic shoe emergency when my favorite sandals were damaged last week. I couldn't make it out to buy a replacement pair, so Ms. Rania arranged shipping for me. The new sandals arrived today and are perfect. I always receive exceptional service, and they keep track of my size and special fit needs. All the shoes I wear on a regular basis are from Elias Shoes, and my feet, knees and hips are very grateful. Awesome staff, very knowleHighly recommend!

I wish I could give this place a million stars because it would DEFINITELY be worth it. From the moment I walked in, there was a welcoming feeling that I have never felt in any other shoe store. I was greeted with a smile from a very knowledgable young woman named Amal. She answered all my questions and gave me the BEST customer service I have gotten in a very long time.

Family owned business with excellent staff and the largest variety of shoes I've ever seen! Flip flops, tennis shoes, athletic shoes, boots, dress shoes, heels, inserts, and more! I put off buying quality shoes but when I could barely walk to my car after work from the foot pain I went to Elias Shoes on a friend's recommendation. I was not disappointed. Amal helped me. I asked her age. She's all of 17 but she really knew her stuff! Super friendly and accommodating while I tried to find the perfect pair and I did! No more foot pain! After years of of/on foot pain due to always wearing flat sandals with no support, I finally decided to set out to find sandals with support. Luckily Birkenstock's are "in style" now so I started to look online but there were so many choices and styles I had no clue which one would be best for me.

Great selection of shoes especially for hard to fit sizes. The sales person was very helpful and spent as much time as we needed to select shoes for my wife and myself. I spent more than I normally do for shoes but the quality, fit and service was much appreciated. Since I tend to be a frugal shopper, I came home and price shopped online and the price I paid at Elias was the same at the price listed at Zappos. So great service doesn't have to cost more.

My mom had on the cutest pair of sandals. She told me her doctor sent her to this shoe shop because they specialize in fitting your foot with the proper shoes. So she decides to take me, probably because I hate shoes. Let's just say I no longer hate shoes.

Muna is a foot GENIUS! I have feet with major issues because of a genetic disorder. Both feet have different issues going on. I left her store in shoes and I’m not in foot pain! I’ve been to several podiatrists, several prosthetics places trying to help my feet. I wish my podiatrist in Murrieta had sent me to Elias Shoes first! It would have saved several years of pain and frustration. Elias Shoes gets my highest recommendation!

The customer service exceeded any Ive EVER received, no matter what the product. They checked out how I walked, fitted and matched my foot to an amazing shoe to help ease my foot pain. I left there with Powerstep Pinnacle Inserts and Klogs. I am so impressed with this FAMILY OWNED and run business. It was a well oiled machine of love and gratitude toward helping others. I will definitely fo there again and I highly recommend it to others in need of a great shoe!

The shoes here are to die for. In the (maybe) ten minutes it took her to come help, I found at least seven pairs I was over the moon(a) for. Not cheap but, a well made pair of shoes never is. I digress.
Once I was invited center stage, Muna proceeded to watch me walk, discussed my various concerns and needs, we outlined my problem areas, measured my feet, and then she made shoe recommendations
