They came out to the nursing facility that I work at. The roof is covered in a thin layer of ice and the temperature is below freezing. However, Jeff went above and beyond by getting on the roof to assist the facility maintenance Director hook up an A/C unit despite how miserable it is outside. Thank y'all for employing personnel who don't just "dump and go"; instead, take time to assist and conduct themselves in a completely professional manner.
