RJ Hydraulics has the in-house expertise and the raw materials to reproduce new rods, tubes, glands and pistons for cylinders helping to expedite the turn-around time of your repair. We also stock a large number of cylinder seals. All cylinders are repaired to strict manufacturer tolerance and specifications.
Gearboxes, actuators, rams, valves and many other hydraulic parts are critical to the oil refining process. When one of these components stops functioning, you have two choices - purchase a new unit, or look at the more cost effective and budget conscious options of repair or rebuild. At RJ Hydraulics, we have experience repairing and servicing parts from a variety of manufacturers.
New Parts: RJ Hydraulics is a stocking distributor of pumps, motors, cylinders, solenoid controls, actuators, directional valves, flow controls and servo valve systems. Replacement Parts: Our facility also houses an extensive inventory of new, surplus, and obsolete hydraulic replacement parts. In addition, we frequently purchase surplus stock from local steel mills and other manufacturers.

We at Harvey’s Auto Body have used them for cylinder repairs on our wreckers and for our frame machine. Their pricing is excellent, and everything is done is a timely manner. We dropped our two frame machine cylinders off that had bad leaks. One even needed honed out for repairs. They were done the next day. I highly recommend them for any cylinder rebuilds and repairs!

Dropped of 2 hoses as examples of what i needed made with instructions on what nneded to be different on the new hoses i asked them to make. Asked for my old hoses back and they had thrown them in the dumpster. Nothing wrong with the old hoses just needed something different. They acted like it was my fault and would do nothing to make right by me for tossing out my hoses. Very poor customer service!

We had a hydraulic pump on our press brake fail. The manufacturer was useless and told me it would take 3-4 weeks for a replacement which would have closed our shop. Took it to RJ and they found a replacement within 2 days. Very professional staff, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend these guys.
