Centrally located Luke's is near the Columbia Center mall, across the street from Costco. Brad and Julie Luke started business from Brad's fathers Carpet Store location on 10th ave in Kennewick in 1999. Later that year the couple purchased the Skate West building and opened Luke's Carpet & Design Center.

The staff at Luke's is stellar! From Ken to Paul to the entire team! We had an amazing experience with the whole team. There were times when one of them was not available and another team member was kind enough to answer and help without making us feel like we were just a commission walking in the door. We made several trips (more than I would like to admit) trying to find the right flooring, trying to find the right backsplash. Some places would be frustrated with customers who just don't know what they're looking for, I am sure this can be frustratin. The team at Luke's were understanding and

Recently, I purchased three rooms of carpeting from Luke's with a strong desire to have it installed asap due to other work scheduled for the house. Dominique, our installer, not only worked us into his schedule prior to taking a paternity leave, he worked a 12 hour day, mostly without his assistant, to complete the job for us. We recently installed engineered hardwood flooring in our home as well as remodeled two bathrooms in our Seattle condo. Ken provided excellent customer service. He always went above and beyond on many occasions to assist me in picking out products, providing immediate quotes, call to check on inventory and delivery timelines, and place orders. I appreciate his friendly, positive attitude as well as always putting the customer first. I give Ken five stars. His work ethic is admirable.
