I purchased my college student son a new 2016 Ford Fusion in early 2017. It had never been vacuumed, washed, waxed or cleaned in any fashion whatsoever in almost 5 years. I thought it was totally ruined and was told by several people that the sap buildup on the roof and hood was permanent. I had low expectations when I called Carters and just told them "Do the best you can". I was TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY when I looked at it after 3.5 hours of detailing. LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! My son can't believe it either!!!! Hopefully he keeps it clean for at least a year or two!!!

AMAZING!!! I work full time and have a 2 year old so my car was not in the best shape. I contacted them today and they were at my house a couple hours later! They took about 2 hours detailing my car and it looks absolutely brand new! They took their time and paid attention to detail. Highly recommended to everywhere!! The pricing is very fair as well. Great business!

I opted for the "Pet Hair Removal" and "Deep Clean Interior Detail". Carter's did a good job with pet hair removal from the carpet. However, some hair was still noticeable afterwards but it was much less than before the detailing so this was a minor concern. I was disappointed by some of the other portions of the deep clean interior detail. Interior surfaces appeared to be barely/lightly wiped down. While I did not opt for "vinyl restoration" the service received was not at level of detailing from companies I have used in the past. Also, there was no evidence of window and mirror cleaning or cleaning

If you’re thinking of getting interior and/or exterior auto detailing, these guys are great! I actually found them by accident, thinking I was calling another detail place. We decided to go with them anyway and are so glad we did! So much so, that we took a second car in the very next day. Great customer service and great job. Polite and caring, too. Most awesome job ever done by Stanley. He done a full detail on my car and it looked as if i just bought the car. Never have i gotten my car this clean ever. My seats in this car was so nasty and now they look brand new. The detail of cleaning he done on my car is out of this world. Will be using Carters again. Thanks so much man. Very courteous and reasonable.
