I just had my gas fireplace serviced for the first time by this company. The quality was far better than what I experienced in the past from others. The technician (Rob) was very thorough - he took his time doing an excellent job of cleaning, inspecting and servicing the unit. He also answered my many questions and was exceedingly pleasant. I'd highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Denise was extremely friendly and professional! She responded to my online request quickly and was able to fit me in the schedule the next day. Don arrived within the time frame I was given. He was professional, friendly and confident. He was able to get my fireplace up in running within minutes. Great company all around and would definitely recommend them!!

Couldn't be happier with the gas fireplace and installation that Mike (Gas Fireplace Repair Specialist, Lothian, MD) sold us. He and his team are consummate professionals with great attitudes. Everything was explained well and done as promised. He replaced the wood stove insert venting, ran an LP gas line from the crawl space line, supplied and installed the gas fireplace, and explained the operation. Great value and experience.
