NO RETURNS!!!
Because of COVID this store has a NO RETURN POLICY period! On any item even if it's not opened.
They have a lengthy disclaimer on their sales receipts which should be removed and simply state, "NO RETURNS!"
I asked the salesperson if the toilet safety rail would fit on my toilet and she assured me it would and it did not. Do not rely on staff information because they obviously want to make a sale without regard to the item actually being of use to the customer

Initial customer service was helpful and insightful. As I was considering my purchase another customer came in and garnered the attention of the employee that was helping me. As I solidified my thought of purchase, I waited patiently for the other customer to finish their business. Several minutes have passed as other employees watched me waiting there as I listened to them talk about employee understanding of product and how to sell a product. This place is really amazing! I mean they work with you. And when I say that it takes alot to deal with me I mean I don't mean to be difficult, But the first time he delivered my medical scooter Rob was so nice and respectful. Then I found out that the scooter was a little bit to small. So I called and Rob picked up the scooter and delivered me a much better one. Thank god for Sun Medical. And ROB!

This is a medical supply store that sells premium in home patient care products and quality of life improvement products, mobility products like power scooters and wheelchairs, furniture lift chairs, hospital beds, orthopedics and many other products, minimal if any medical instruments. Since the pandemic hit I’ve been here twice. They’re very friendly and they had a wide variety of items to offer. I was finally able to get hand sanitizer because of this place. One gallon. I also got some KN95 mask. Not sure if they’re FDA OR CE approved but they are very comfortable and are GB2626-2006 standard. They do carry hospital grade, bulk package stuff that is on the pricey side, but worth it. I think thatS where some of the bad reviews might have come from because I went in their expecting average everyday low priced drugstore items, which they did have in personal size sanitizer

My wife and I have been talking about braces and the relief they would give. We decided to go to Sun Medical in Redlands to find out what was available. We were met by Benjamin and explained our situation, he went to the selves and brought items for us to try. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions.
My wife was also in need of a back brace, which was not available through the medical plan we have, but with Medicare, we could get one with documentation from our primary doctor. She did try the back brace that Medicare covers and she was very happy with the item. We are now

The owner or at least Yelp coordinator got back to me years later. I'm 100% satisfied with my cheaper, yet SAME shoulder support. I did say it was cheaper online when I did return it.
