This was by far the best company I have ever worked with. I chose to rent a small tent with lounge furniture so that my daughter could have some semblance of "normal" for her 16th birthday during the pandemic. It was mid January and freezing. AAA not only accommodated my indecisiveness which resulted in asking for things and then not wanting them and then adding other things right up until the day of the party, but created a small outside oasis with appropriate heating, gorgeous lighting (edison lights draped from each corner to the center gorgeous chandelier), and comfortable seating. These guys are AWESOME! We hired them for my Mother's Suprise 60th and they went above and beyond! Tent was great, heaters were great, really worked out beautifully for a winter backyard party. Mike and Tito were so helpful and they were available every step of the way, even during the party they were just a phone call away. Can't say enough good things, we will be using them again in the future.

I'm over this place. We rented a chair on friday for a baby shower that was on Sunday. Unfortunately, the weather said it was going to rain on Sunday. I called about 20 times on Saturday before closing time to see if I can return the chair early and switch the reservation for this upcoming weekend. No answer. I don't understand what kind of business doesn't answer the phone. I was calling over and over and over. To add to that, they close at 4:30 during the week which is a bigger inconvenience being that I get out of work at 5pm. The chair was very nice, but I will no longer do business here. I

Initially, the worst customer service I have ever received. I booked and paid for a 16’x40’ tent and when staff showed up, they explained that I couldn’t put rent over the bbq, so we had to go with a 16’x24’tent. I accepted that. When I called Allen , the manager who I booked with to ask for the credit for the difference in the sizes of the tents, he explained that there wouldn’t be a credit because the guys were already out there. Friendly staff and decent prices. Loved the new chairs we rented. Did NOT love having to unwrap 23 of them before party. I should of charged a labor and waste disposal fee.....a call to office was met with "we wanted to prove they were new".....People throwing parties have enough to do.....this hour and half of extra work was not appreciated.

Thanks to Mike, my husband and I were able to have the wedding of our dreams. It was an intimate backyard celebration, but the tent and decorations provided made our guests feel like they were in a hall. Tent was set up from Thursday to Saturday which gave us an ample amount of time for our event and allowed us to host another the following day. Will definitely be using this company again. Thanks guys! Big shout out to the installers as well, they were phenomenal!

I have used this company twice so far but this previous experience really blew me away. I called, very last minute, for a tent due to a change in the forecast. They had a tent in my yard within 2 hours! I could not have asked for a better experience! I am so grateful to Mike and his team for all their help! I will definitely be using them again!

Do not waste your time. I've dealt with this company in the past but it was someone else who was in charge and I had a great experience which is why I called these guys again and I was let down big time. I ordered a bunch of things for a backyard wedding and spoke to them face to face twice and told them what we wanted. I was with two other people, my fiancé and my mother, and the girl who took the order down missed so many things, on the day of the delivery I had to call office various times. Mike and his team from AAA Party Rentals are great to work with! We rented chairs, plates, glasses, utensils, etc from them for our Wedding in October and they were a pleasure to work with right from the start. Mike was quick to respond to my inquiry, sent me photos of the items I was interested in (different types of glasses etc), adjusted the invoice promptly when I changed our quantities a few days before our wedding and delivered and picked up all items on time. About 4 months ago I reserved a high peak tent with triple a. The tent was delivered a few days in advanced and to my dismay it was a frame tent. I called the company to inquire about the confusion and to see if there were any other options for my sisters special day. AAA Rentals is a wonderful establishment. They are professional and operate in a timely fashion. Right before the July 4th holiday, I worked with Mike in picking out tables, chairs and a tent for my mom's surprise 60th birthday party. Without his help, I would have rented the wrong items! As promised, the set-up guys arrived on time and they set up everything on the same day of the party. They then picked up everything the following business day. There was no hassle and no fuss with the entire process. I highly recommend AAA party rentals and will be using them for my family's future

The only reason this place has 1 star is because you have to check at least 1 star. I was looking for very specific chairs and when I found that AAA Party Rentals had inventory I was ecstatic! Too bad Linda, the secretary is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with in the history of my career as an event planner. As I was trying to work with her to solve a situation we were facing she told me flat out to stop asking questions that she does not have time to answer. The person who wrote the only other review below me must have been drunk. This place is the best place I have ever dealt with. Al handled my wedding personally and it was a total sucess. I changed things 10 times and Al was always accommodating, I say it was her not me but he was THE BEST. They show up with 7 people to put up this massive tent and it was amazing. Just called to ask a few questions regarding pricing and I was totally blown off. I was told "We're very busy right now". I understand being busy but they could have offered to take my # and call me back. I got nothing...
"We're very busy.....CLICK" - Really? Because I was just going to rent supplies to accomodate 200 + people. Tables, chairs, tents, silverware etc....Their loss. Never doing business with them again....I have rented on a smaller scale from them in the past.
