Ashland Lock & Safe was founded by Ashland native Benjamin LaMere in 2005. He attended the Lockmasters Security Institute in 2002 and apprenticed for several years in Sedona, AZ before returning to his true home in the Northwest. His home and his business van were completely destroyed. Ben worked out of his Toyota 4Runner for the first 7 months after the fire.
Outfitting the van with the new equipment has taken a few months and the van still isn't lettered. Everything is taking it's time. As for his home, he is rebuilding and everything as of this date is still in the permitting process. It's been a tough year but Ben is still committed to serving the Rogue Valley.

Tried to help my coworker get his key out of his car. He is a young, new driver, and frustrated and confused so didn't process the address he was at or info they needed in the car right away. I tried to shout-out the address to him then he misheard me and we both gave conflicting info. Lady on the phone has the gall to assume he was inebriated and demanded to speak to me. It's not my car I was just trying to help, but okay, so I tell her No he's not inebriated I'm right here talking to him, and she said okay, and I thought that meant that would mean they would've sent someone out. She didn't say

Owner is very rude and unprofessional and also likes to post pics of customers dirty vehicles on the Internet on facebook communities for laugh and giggles.
