Would definitely recommend! They are great with communication and my vehicle was done before the projected date! They did a great job! Hopefully I will not need to use their services again, but if I know someone who needs body repair I will definitely give them their number. Sara in the office is great, she even texted me updated :)

This was the shop recommended by Usaa. I wasn’t going to use them at first for that reason, I felt like they may try to give me the cheapest shop they could find for the work. Well, that was not the case. Paul’s is maybe the nicest body shop I’ve ever seen. Inside and out, it looks more like a dealership than a repair facility. After speaking with the Secretary I realized how high a level of professionalism was at Paul’s and decided to give them the work. I only had a small dent to repair in my door. They took care of that and it looks brand new. They also cleaned out my entire car, wiping

I was more than pleased with this shop! The work they did on my vehicle was phenomenal. The communication from the shop about my vehicle was never lacking either. I thought my car was totaled after I hit a deer. Awesome honest place to take your vehicle, also—great staff!!

My car looks amazing AND they totally detailed my car inside and out. Looks like a new car. I almost didn’t think it was even mine. I would highly recommend this business, they keep you updated every few days through text messages as to what’s going on. Staff is very nice and friendly also.
