Jake was great. I provided a really low quality digital image and he was able to work with it to smooth out some blurry spots and create an awesome image as part of a 10 year anniversary gift for my wife. Such great people, do amazing work & extremely (did I say EXTREMELY?) reasonably priced. I went in with my personally designed wedding programs & they collaborated by resizing. We looked at paper samples and they were ready within 24 hours. Extremely inexpense and beautifully done!!!

They are the best. I love using them for my business because they are super fast, excellent quality, and great pricing. Every time I email them to get something printed its ready for pick up same day without even asking. I order custom business flyers and marketing materials.
I checked out an online competitor before ordering my most recent order (see photo) just to compare and the turn around time from the competitor was 10 days, which is pretty standard. I couldn't wait that long and the pricing was the same. One day turn around and great pricing? You can't beat it!

This place is a hidden gem! I wanted to replace 7 paperback textbooks with spiral bindings. They all are about 500-600 pages each. I called at about noon on a Saturday (they close at 2pm) to see if they could be done before they close. Erik was able to finish them all in about 1 hour and the price was unbeatable.
Don't waste your money at those big chains. Highly recommend this place.

I have been using The Copy Room to print posters for work for the past couple months. I am very impressed by their prompt service and reasonable prices. We are constantly editing our designs and it feels like we are constantly ordering new prints, so the special customer service really means something.

The customer service at this shop is impeccable. One of my document had the wrong page numbers (my fault! multiple edits moved the numbers around), which I only realized once I saw the printed pages. They NOT only fixed the page numbers, but gladly printed me a fresh set without charging me extra.

As an alternative to shopping at a Kinkos, the Copy Room is as local as you can get in Evanston, IL. Their prices are reasonable and fair and their turnaround time for ordering custom prints or posters are roughly a day. They can print large banners and posters, binding, faxing, and can scan your documents as well as long as you carry your own drive. Their store is full service and will print large volumes of things for corporate events or celebrations at reasonable and competitive prices. Simple black and white copies are only 6 cents in comparison to other places where they could charge much
