This is the third time I have used Knoxville Executive Transportation and I could not be more pleased. My mother is elderly and I am uncomfortable having her drive the Knoxville highways to the airport so have begun arranging transportation when she flies. After an unfortunate incident with a different executive limo service that left my mother stranded at the airport late at night after failing to show up as promised, I was nervous about a repeat. Rob took care of an emergency ride for my son when his car broke down from Knoxville back to Bloomington, IN. From the time I called to the pick-up was less than an hour and he got my son back safe and sound and even called me to confirm. I highly recommend!!!
