Had my very first appointment and was so happy with the friendliness and how helpful the staff were. Previous places I had visited were very judgmental and uncomfortable, but the staff here is none of the above. They give you so many resources to succeed. Can’t wait to start my weight loss journey with them!

The front staff very was nice, that's why I gave 2 stars rather than one. However the nurse practitioner was rude and called me "naive." Essentially, I researched my options and based on my lifestyle current exercise program and situation, I decided on which option was best for me. She was not receptive to me and basically told me I would fail at my plan. She pushed HCG which I was not interested at this time in. I feel her commentary was unnecessary, and frankly I feel like she was belittling. I didn't pay you $150 to insult me.

Even though I had already started to lose weight, they were able to help get over those humps. In just three weeks with their program, I have managed to lose 16 plus lbs, lower my BMI and decrease my waist size. All without a decrease in energy. They were professional, thorough respectful and patiently answered every question I had. Top it off...they are all REALLY NICE and always positive. I would highly recommend them every time! It's refreshing to see a business that appreciates their clients/customers and treats them accordingly.

My experience with this weight loss center definitely deserves a Five Star Rating. Excellent customer service and they strive to serve your every need. My daughter and I both have had consultations with the owner and lost the weight we strived to lose. I continue to meet routinely and use their vitamin supplement LIPO, it is excellent and makes you feel like a new person. I now have encouraged my family to also use these vitamins. Congratulations to Natalie and staff for the compassionate quality care they provide..
