I really didn’t like my experience at all. Would definitely give a 1 out of 5 stars. The place is dirty, they have you sitting next to dirty windows that has dead bugs and flies. They had spiders in the windows…ON THE INSIDE! By the time I was able to get my food, it was cold. It was just an over all bad experience I would never do again.

I recently had my wedding on the Victorian Princess. We were told we could come aboard to decorate at 4:30 and our guests were allowed on board at 5:30. When we arrived they were still cleaning up from a previous event and nothing was set up. We ordered the linens and the chair covers and nothing was done. We ended up helping set up tables, chairs, move tables and set up our linens and chair covers. Our guests had to wait outside in the wind and cold. Finally they boarded at 6 pm. Also we were told she would have 4 servers and 2 bartenders, there was one of each. Shelly and Ben did a fabulous job

The water is pretty. I'll give that to them. The boat itself is a total disgrace, however. It's very dirty, has dust hanging from the ceiling, and peeling paint everywhere. If you are into wildlife tours you are in for a treat, though, because live spiders are absolutely everywhere. The music choice is terrible and not family friendly at all. A couple of the crew members were very nice and the others spent the whole tour in the wheel house with the captain. There was no explanation of what we were passing on the boat either. They have a lot of potential and with a cleaning crew, better decor, different

Had a great time! cabins were air conditioned or, you could go outside at anytime and take in the scenery! only complaint was that they could have given us just a little bit more food on our plates, but with that being said..the food was very good!! waiters, waitresses and crew were all very friendly! For $40 some bucks..well worth it for the 2 hrs!!!

The boat ride was beautiful great entertainment and service was great! But seriously the food was not worth it! Pork was tuff and tasteless and the chicken was small and fatty. The helpings were very small of all the side dishes. We went home hungry! For $42.00 a person we should be getting a really good meal. I see from other reviews they are all saying the same thing if you want to make this a PERFECT night figure out this food thing it’s really not that hard!

My wife and I really enjoyed this experience. We did the sunset dinner cruise. The food was okay, but nothing overly exciting. The views and everything else were great. The staff was very friendly. There was live music on the top deck which helped set a relaxing mood for the 2 hour trip. We would definitely recommend this! Just don't set your bar too high for the food.
