The first project was the entrance gate. Art in Iron was competitive in pricing that I had them install the courtyard gate and side entrance gate to the garage. I didn't stop there. I had them install 2 ornaments and a 80 foot side fence. The ornamentals were not built to design but Art in Iron quickly resolved, corrected and rebuilt them. I currently need a rear fence which I will have them bid the project. Norma and Hugo are friendly and professional. I have only used Art in Iron for all of the iron needs in my home.

We have a flat roofed townhouse that was aching for a spiral staircase from an upper balcony to access the flat roof. After sending an inquiry to Art In Iron Ornamental, Hugo responded quickly, came to view the project immediately and Norma sent us over the final quote within days. Hugo told us the timeline would be five weeks. The project was not simple and required a crane truck and certificates of insurance from all parties to get access to the land behind the project. They had to crane the staircase over the back wall and the pool to the second story balcony. The project was completed exactly

Very easy to work with organized punctual quality work. I recently changed out the side gate to the backyard and repaired scraping front entry gate. I was very impressed with the service and the speed with which everything was taken care of I would definitely feel comfortable referring iron ornamental to friends and family.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!!
These awful people took advantage of me elderly grandparents and refuse to address the situation. They came over to quote & bid a fence in their backyard. They pointed to their neighbors fence and said we want this exact fence with this exact color. They have a very strict HOA that will only allow the colors they already approve, so she was extremely clear on the color she wanted. Hugo was nice at first and said that he does fences up here all the time and he already knows what is approved by the HOA and will match the neighbors fencing.

Initially, based on Yelp reviews, I was hesitant to have Art-in-Iron bid on my job, but am so glad I did. Norma in the Office is delightful and Hugo is professional, polite, on time, and competent versus the nightmare I experienced with Artistic Iron Works.

I initially read the reviews on Yelp and thought I probably should avoid this company, but after checking out the pictures on their website, I figured it was worth a chance. I called them up and they came out to take measurements and provide a quote.
We were looking to replace a section of pool fencing, and add a security gate to the front entrance. After the gate and fence had been fabricated, they came out and installed the pool fence first. Then they started on the gate. My wife was not pleased.
I get a call from my disappointed wife about a bad paint job on the gate and "fingerprints.

Art in Iron installed fencing and two gates at our residence in Henderson. After 3 weeks of 3 separate promises to make adjustments to the height of gate latches, still no follow-up. Now we are to the point that IT IS HOLDING UP CITY OF HENDERSON INSPECTION APPROVALS prior to final plaster of our backyard pool and spa! Lots of apologies from Joseline in the front office, but NO results.
Hugo offered good solutions initially and the price was acceptable, but getting any follow-up crew or service continues to be an issue with ART IN IRON!

Okay so here situation. My house two walls are brick and 8 feet high but home builder then did one side in a vinyl that is only like 5 feet high that my Husky Jumps daily.... So I requested a quote to just replace that side to be 8 feet high and match the other two walls.
A person came out went over what I wanted and sent me a quote that was totally wrong. it was for all 3 sides which dont need. And now been waiting like a month to be fixed. So can get this done. Ive given them enough time I cannot let my dog outside at all..
Not responding to emails or anything now at this point.

I did my research and got several bids for my project. I liked Hugo and the price was competitive so I went with them and purchased a $4,600 gate. It's been over a month since the contract was signed and deposit paid. Little to no communication on the progress, timeline or installation. I've repeatedly had to chase them down for information- this was after patiently waiting for over 3 weeks.
Initially I was told it would be done and installed within 3 weeks but no word from them so I reached out. The last 2 weeks have been repeated inquiries with little to zero info. Keeps getting pushed
