Services
Our family has been in the salvage and recycling business for generations - right here in Lincoln! Our great-grandfather had a gas station on the south-east corner of Rt 113 and 207 in Lincoln, Delaware. My grandfather, John T Fitzgerald, grew up there, pumping gas, and learning how to work on cars.
There's always something new and different to do everyday. Like the time I had to take a raft out onto the river to measure a boat that was being sold for scrap. It's great working with family and seeing them everyday. Makes me feel good that everyday we are building something that we can pass on to future generations.
Have excess metals on your property that you want recycled? We're here to help! Partner with us to help make our communities on Delmarva cleaner and greener places to live. From brass to copper and aluminum, if you do not want scrap metal on your property, we'll pay cash for it! We'll take the metal you no longer wish to have on your property and recycle it through sustainable practices to help keep our neighborhoods clean and green.
We accept all makes and models of vehicles. If you no longer drive it, we will buy your junk car, truck, or SUV! Please note: specialty vehicles like RVs and campers may result in additional charges. No need to have your unwanted vehicle towed to our facility. Just contact us and schedule your pickup date!

We had our wedding at Fitzgerald's in September after deciding about a month before out wedding date that we should move the party outdoors due to COVID-19 concerns. Miraculously, Fitzgerald's was available on our date and helped us move our entire wedding to this new venue in less than a month. They helped us plan out every detail and accommodated everything that we wanted and envisioned for our wedding day. Michelle was the absolute BEST to work with - we were on such a short and crazy deadline, and she made sure everything was prepped and ready for us to make our wedding day so special. The

This was our first trip to FitzGerald's since before the pandemic. As our intent was to be there for the music, we made early dinner reservations. The patio was set with pairs of lovely Adirondack chairs, as well as café tables.
Our waiter, Curtis, was outstanding. Since we were among the first patrons, he had a bit of extra time, which he used to welcome us and to make some great menu recommendations. As more patrons flocked in, we watched him survey the space regularly to assure everyone had what they wanted.
