Stephen saved us sooo much with our Medicare Decision!!! We were headed toward one choice and after he explained, with great patience, our options and the results of each option in the long run, he literally saved us from making a potentially disastrous choice that would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills, and more importantly, limited our options for cancer care. I am a 65-year old woman, who never writes reviews and who had no idea how to figure out all the Medicare paperwork and their supplemental plans. Matt Schulte and the crew, are just top notch...sorry but I do not have a computer for a long time and should have done this months ago but they took good care of my girlfriend and her daughter....maybe I spend too much time surfing and not enough time thanking ..so here I go. But I am back from Mexico and I promised my girlfriend I would do this. With the special situation with her daughter and her needs, Schulte Insurance was very helpful...the price is right as well. There is no other Insurance Agency like this in San Diego let alone any where in the country! I never knew that there was actually customer service in the insurance business. Trying to figure out your Explanation of Benefits is like trying to read Greek and talking to your insurance carrier(when you finally get through)is like listening to Greek. This family owned and operated business will actually help you with any problems or questions you have about your policy or claims AFTER you purchase it(not just before) Every other agency i have ever bought insurance from won't even return phone

Liz Schulte helped me get health insurance for myself and my kids. I could not believe how easy she made it. I tried to DIY it and it was like slogging through quicksand. She got us covered at a decent rate - it was under $900/mo and we had no deductible. nope, none! So.... to me that was the best plan. She offered options though.

I cannot say enough good things about this insurance company. I have worked with them for the past, well more than a decade, and I have never been unhappy.
Every time I call someone is there to help - and they really go to great lengths to make stuff work, and to help make things make sense.
When dealing with insurance, it's really hard to make people smile - but I always feel like they care and they're truly trying to make us happy.
I rarely deal with ANY business where they go so far out of their way to take care of us....

I highly recommend Schulte Insurance. This company has been around since I was a little kid and now my company has their group insurance through them. Someone is always there to answer questions and guide you through anything you may not be familiar with. Very trustworthy staff and reputable company. Two thumbs up!
