Worst dealership/ATV repair shop ever never will bring anything over there or buy anything from them , brought my Polaris sportsman 850 to get the thermostat and impeller changed . Just found out they sealed everything up with silicone , didn’t place parts back in right , and also will cost me another 400 bucks to fix.

Just got off the phone with them very rude, did not want to answer question about how they arrived at their price. Said go buy somewhere else and hung up. If that is the kind of service I can expect there I will go somewhere else. Update, I did go somewhere else that would work with me and was polite. Pick it up tomorrow and was 400 dollars less. Terrible sales staff.

I moved to this area 6 months ago and was wanting to find a good place to take my bike to be serviced plus I needed to change/replace a few minor parts on my bike. I called Lightspeed and spoke with Mr. Richard and told him what I wanted as for servicing my bike. He explained everything to me and quoted a reasonable price. I went by there to order parts and met Mr. Richard in person what a fantastic guy. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me in any way he could. Met the rest of the staff and they were all awesome!! I’ve ordered parts with Mr. Van and he has been super in getting them

Buying a motorcycle is about trust in a dealership. Once you’ve bought the bike, you’ll be trusting them to handle the service and warranty work (if needed). I’ve not needed warranty work on a bike I’ve bought from Lightspeed. I trust this dealership. There are no hidden fees or surprises in the cost, they give a good deal, great service and the people who work there are genuinely friendly. I’ve bought two bikes there and in two years will buy another from them.

Great customer service . They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and my son's safety. Wasn't just a sale!! Well update, exactly one year ago yesterday, the bike was on the side of I49. When calling for repair of the bike after driving 12 hours to get it on a borrowed truck. I am told that it would be on a two month waiting list. I am sorry for my first review. Obviously it is a just get the sale thing.

In the past 2+ years I've had to use this business for service on my 2009 Kawasaki Mule 610 4x4 around 3-4 times....
I've always found the Service/Parts department to be extremely helpful as well as forthright with expected wait times for service and repairs...They've always done a great job for me and charged what I considered a reasonable price...
I think they are the only dealer in Gonzales for Kawasaki and Suzuki and that has an affect on wait times when it comes to service and repairs but otherwise you got to haul your machine into Baton Rouge... For the most part any wait

Called this place to get my tire changed and the lady who answered told me, "Im sorry sir, if you bought the tire online we cant put it on your rim." I think the pretense for this was that they did not want to be responsible? All other establishments print right on my receipt, 'customer provided tire'. Certainly wont be stopping by this place, ever.
