Called and scheduled taxi. Taxi called early and asked us to meet him at pickup point in 10. We went and waited in cold with young children. He shows up (confirmed with taxi text). His black dodge caravan stops 50ft short and pick up people.
I talk to driver and he confirmed I was his scheduled fare. He said sorry, the other people are here already…and drove off!
DO NOT USE.
I called company phone. The said “yes he has done that before. So sorry.” The offered nothing more (this first scheduled wait was 40 min).

Called from Eagle Vail airport for a ride to Beaver Creek. I was told the driver would be at airport in 30 mins and would call me when he had parked and where to meet car. After waiting an hour and no phone call and no one would answer my repeated calls I found out from an airport employee that the driver and taxi had arrived, picked up someone else and left me stranded at the airport for almost three hours. No other car services were available! This is a horribly unprofessional business. They cannot be trusted!

I had a very unpleasant experience while riding with this company. I work in the vail area and my car is currently not working. I was picked up and my ride was approximately 10 min long. The driver was very rude throughout the drive. When I got out of the cab, he rolled down the window and literally yelled at me. "Your not going to tip me huh!!" I was shocked at how loud he yelled and people around me heard it. I was so embarrassed. I had a hard time affording the cab fair alone. A tip was not a luxury I could afford to give at the moment.

Transportation for a business meeting is often filled with many hurdles. It is the one thing that meeting planners worry about. Ride Taxi worked closely with me to fill our transportation needs. Everything they promised - they delivered! Confirmation emails, arrival texts were completed in a professional manual. The drivers were delightful and courteous to all my members. Excellent service all around from this company. My boyfriend and I were in vail for a month while he recovered from hip surgery. We used Ride Taxi Vail every couple of days to take him from our rental to the hospital. Not once were they late. They made billing super easy and gave us a flat rate and billed all at once so he didn’t have to fuss paying after each trip. Lynnea was a great help in setting everything up for us. Cars were clean and usually a van which made it easy for my boyfriend to get in and out. Would definitely recommend them!

Hello to all of my fellow google reviewers. As an out-of-towner, finding a transportation service is one of the most important aspects of traveling. This was our last night in Colorado, and we were out on the town. We called this Taxi company and we were happy to find out that they could send some cars to pick us up. They told us that they could be to us in 45 minutes, which was fantastic!
After about an hour, we called and they told us that they had to cancel the ride. We waited for an entire hour before they let us know they were not coming and we had to walk home in the Colorado wilderness

Beware! They called to cancel our ride around one hour before they were scheduled to pick us up. When you book with them, they don’t tell you that they don’t have a complete line of service vehicles. And when the weather surpasses their capacity, they just start cancelling everyone last minute. Luckily the hotel (Four Seasons Vail — incredibly nice) found us another ride in time.

Was scared to post this but then read very similar review and must share my experience of a ride taxi driver racing up behind me, riding my bumper, sitting on the horn aggressively then passing me on hwy 6 (yellow lines) and cutting me off while flipping me off. It was unreal, i couldnt believe what had happened. With similar previous reviews i would not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of consequence displayed regarding safety of others deserves to be punished. Just unbelievable.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to the folks from Ride Taxi. Our company had an annual conference in Beaver Creek last month. We used the Westin Riverfront for overflow, not realizing that they don't provide a shuttle to the Ritz-Carlton where our event was taking place. At the last minute, we were left to scramble to find alternative transportation. All the options seemed to be either inconvenient or expensive, so after reading reviews about Ride Taxi, I decided to give them a call and I'm so glad I did. They were amazing. We used Ride Taxi a couple of times this past weekend traveling between Vail and Avon. The drivers were both right on time, and very nice and friendly, but the van was filthy and had over 200,000 hard driven miles on it.
Lucky for us as we got the same Van #4 for both of our trips. It had electrical wires, from the sliding doors automatic closing system, just dangling and hanging exposed outside the van. It was not a very reassuring look.
They got us to our destination, so that's good, but they could really use an upgrade to their vehicles!!!

I booked this on the web, super easy and $20 cheaper than the Epic van private ride ($137 each way vs $150 each way). Then at the airport a guy in a dirty jacket who smelled like 100 years of smoke met us and off we went. Car was sorta dirty, but whatever...until the driver started texting on the highway. Sometimes having no hands on the wheel. So we cancelled our return Reservation and booked the Epic shared van which was $90 one way with Epic pass discount. Wish I'd booked that, or even the Epic private van originally since I would have paid less on the round trip and had goo, safe service

Update: Lynnea and Nash the owners private messaged me and apologized for what happened and let me explain all the details. They told me appropriate internal staffing and training measures have been taken, and they will make sure something like this never happens again. They seemed sincere and I hope that is the case.

Got me from Beaver Creek to Denver International ON time, THROUGH light snow flurries. My driver today was Rain. Extremely professional, safe and friendly. When UBER failed me (in beaver creek at 3:30am the UBER app said "NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE"), Ride Taxi of Vail Valley CO saved the day. I highly recommend them!!

I really like this company the drivers and dispatchers are very friendly. It's not an awkward cab ride at all. I have used them twice in one day. They are also priced 30% lower than the other taxi companies in Vail. I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes for a pickup. I have to take cabs because I had to spine surgeries and can't drive.

Ride Taxi is locally owned and operated and it shows. All the drivers know exactly where they are going and the best way to get there. I appreciate them always being on time and always having spotless vehicles. They have taken my mother to the airport several times, friends and family who are visiting, and locals going to special events. I recommend Ride Taxi to anyone who wants a ride from drivers who are safe, competent, and fun!

Charlie in Taxi 13 was awesome. Dispatcher was sooo nice when I changed the time to 30 minutes earlier at the last minute. Charlie was there 5 minutes early. Great conversation in the car and told me about the app called taxi caller.
They were thoroughly pleasant and profession. Liked the van and the ride.
