What a horrible experience!
We booked this service for a ride to the airport. The driver came 20 min late. He barely spoke English, wasn’t wearing his seatbelt initially and he was partially deaf, which made really difficult for him to hear the gps.
My husband and I were yelling him the directions. He was speeding without knowing where he was going.
The longest 37 min of my life!
Last, but not least, I’ve been calling the 24h company phone and they send my call to the voice mail.
Never again will travel with them.

I had a family emergency and needed to get to the airport within the next 2 hours and they were the only company who went out of their way and accommodated me with scheduling last minute.I appreciated that they sanitized the car before picking us up. I asked did they have car seats and they had no issues in having them already installed properly when picking us up. Driver helped with luggage and putting the kids in at pickup and also helped at drop. I recommend this company to every one.

I used this car service to go to EWR from White Plains. The owner assured me the driver would be on time, however, when the pick up time came and past no driver. He called to say he went to the wrong address in yonkers and arrived 7 minutes late. I padded the time so I arrived at the airport to make my fight. I thought it would be better than scheduling UBER, I'm not sure. It was my first time using the service so I am a bit apprehensive using them again. Good Luck.

First Driver was doing about 45 mph or sometimes slower on every major highway from Westchester County heading to JFK Airport thank God I wasn’t in a rush or late for my flight. Also our driver was shifting lanes without any turn signal which at one point our driver was shifting to the right lane from the middle lane on the highway and another car was there to our right that actually our driver didn’t even notice and the other driver to the right lane had to honk at us to let our driver know that this could have almost lend us to a car accident, and also our driver at one point came to a complete

After an airline glitch left me arriving at JFK instead of HPN, I needed to find a way to HPN to pick up a car. Quickly and online. Westchester Airport Car Service responded promptly to my request, monitored my flight's arrival, and I was able to use texting to locate my driver quickly. The price was very reasonable. The car was clean and comfortable and the ride was without incident. My driver was friendly but not "chatty" so I could use the ride time to work and just enjoy the ride. I highly recommend this car service.
