These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. After interviewing several companies, Kevin (the owner) came out to survey our roof. He was the first of all the companies who genuinely came off as knowledgeable, practical, and professional. I immediately knew this was my guy. He didn't sound like he was over-promising or blowing smoke just to gain my business. The owner Kevin responded to my request for a roofing quote very quickly. He was very friendly and replied to my many questions and walked me through the full procedure. It was a great experience on the sales side and was just as good on the roof replacement side. Fiddlers roofing has a great asset with Ruben, their on site project manager. Not only did it take him and his crew only a day in a half to replace a 4,000 square foot roof he took pictures and walked me through each repair they came across. The project foreman, Ruben, did an outstanding job keeping me updated with pictures and progress notes throughout the day. My property is in Florida, but I was in Virginia at the time of the installation. Fiddler's Roofing has very competitive prices and the BEST warranty I've seen in the market yet...which tells me they stand behind their craft!

My family and I recently decided to finally do something about our roof. We are on our 5th homeowners insurance company in 3 years, all due to an aging roof (which had not actually been compromised; there was no actual leaking).
After pricing with other roofers we decided to go with Fiddler’s Roofing to replace our roof. The office staff is very courteous and professional. The laborers work quickly, efficiently and we’re very courteous as well. Even my next door neighbor commented to me about how she watched them work very meticulously.

When our 45 y/o metal roof failed and we discovered that the roof needed to be re-engineered not just replaced, Fiddler's Roofing took on a challenging residential metal roofing job for us when all others passed. As with many such jobs unexpected challenges appeared but Hans was here everyday as we worked through them. The end result was a complete and satisfying success that saved a unique home that might otherwise have been written off, likely giving it another 40 plus years of useful life. I contacted Fiddlers roofing after 3 others companies did not show up or say it was not worth them doing. Fiddlers roofing worked with me and dealt with the insurance company that was giving me the run around. They took the time to send everything that insurance demanded to get my roof replaced. They got my roof on and in a timely manner after insurance approved the work. I was dealing with insurance for over 5 months before Fiddlers stepped in and got everything straightened up.

Fiddlers Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. Ruben and his crew changed all the vents, replaced any rotten wood under the shingles, and cleaned up thoroughly after they did the work. The Sales Manager Fred Camera came and checked the job before and after and negotiated with the insurance company to cover the cost. I would highly recommend that you contact Fred if you need a new roof.
