Camping, fishing, rock climbing, family retreats horseback riding, petting zoo, hay rides, etc. Long-term residents have the option of paying their monthly rent online. I lived there for a year. The public restrooms are old and gross. In the summer, there are major black roaches, so disgusting. Make sure to wear flip flops if you use the shower, it's just concrete and very gross. Unfortunately, my trailer shower didn't work so I had to use their shower, yuck!!!

Manager was very nice and accommodating. This is a very bare-bones site. Not fancy but I felt safe eventhough the place is a bit run down. We were visiting family & just needed a place to park our trailer & sleep. I would return.

This is where I live. Cheapest rent in town. I live in my RV, this beats storing it. Low space rent. Owners just installed solar panels. Clean. Many shaded spaces. There is a waiting list to get in.

Cute community, Google maps says it's on the East side of Sierra Highway, so you drive past looking on the wrong side of the road. It's close to the bowling alley.

Beautiful place nice and quiet, very clean. Hard to get ahold of the manager but when you do He’s very nice and straightforward. Easy process to get approved or Denied . The place has no crime history and tenants are friendly and this place is close to shopping centers. Rent space is affordable 400$-450$ , electric is metered so you pay for what you use , Plus there’s on site laundry center so win win here

The trail and field is real nice next door to the trailer park. The road in front of the trailer park has a crosswalk with another trail along side the main road. There are also train tracks across the street

Simple and quite. Manager was helpful and park was nicely kept. Mostly full time people that were also nice. No extras but inexpensive and pleasant.

It overall he's kind of a scruffy part of town but the people here are welcoming and it's genuinely just a good place if you want to spend quality time meeting new people or with your family

Very slow management staff. Took 6 days to review application and actually call us back. By then, we had found a way better park to call home for less! Happy we didn't wait for them. Kind of a sign how it'd be living there.
