Today my car broke down - rolled to a stop - in front of SaraBay Real Estate. Even though I was all the way… against the curb with my hazzard lights on and there were three whole lanes that could be used, people were still honking at me. SaraBay's receptionist saw me and heard the people honking. She rounded up a colleague and they pushed me into the parking lot so I would be safe. While I waited for the tow truck, they chatted with me and made me feel welcome. People who care about others are good people to do business with. Thank you SaraBay Real Estate!

Have to agree with one reviewer saying that it's shady company. I would even say greedy company. Our "agent" Krissy basically refused to help us to negotiate a purchase price on new construction arguing that there is nothing they can do in this case which is complete bs. I talked to other realtors after the fact and they felt bad for me for falling for this. We didn't get any help to find a rental while waiting for our house to be complete and no help at all during construction phase when dealing with builder and issues ..someone would expect your realtor to show up at closing

Have worked with SaraBay Real Estate office for over 30 years. During that time they have handled the sale/purchase of 4 properties. My latest purchase was complicated because the owner was in Canada. However my agent was wonderful. If you're looking for an agent that is quick and sharp - this is not the place. Unable to answer simple questions on the phone; the agent acted like i was the first person who ever contacted them. Many properties are owned by the principles who bought low and want to sell high. Best bet - find a real pro with a well-respected agency.
