Installed gutter covers for my mom which they admitted they knew when installing did not fit. She was charged for an area also where they were supposed to do but didn't. Covers didn't work at all - maybe because they weren't the right ones? They also caused a lot of damage when installing to try to make them fit The person overseeing the crew met with us, agreed there was a problem, was to talk to his boss, and set up a meeting with us and both of them. Mom called the boss after a lot of time had passed, he was VERY rude, and wouldn't talk to her. That was last fall and they still have made no
