The food was awful really awful most of the patients have no option but to eat the slop they are served
The nurses were nice enough (mostly) but there isn't enough on shift to handle more than on problem at a time, they don't notice when patients are not eating my mother soiled herself after visiting hours and had to sit in it for over an hour
Meds were not give on a tight enough schedule

I would not recommend Covington Court. The place is not clean, not enough protein is served, and roaches. My husband just spent 4 nights there for rehab. The rehab part was pretty good, but everything else is a big NO! When we arrived, he was put into a filthy room, the bathroom was disgusting. I should have taken him home then, but didn't. They did put him in a different room. When you hire a CNA that can't even put on a fitted sheet, then you have a major problem. After the roach situation that they did nothing about, it was time to go. As you can see from the photo, the shower floor is so nasty

Extremely abusive. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down already for patient neglect and abuse. I would never ever send any of my family members here. They don’t even try and hide their abuse unless they’re having an audit done in the facility. Just try calling. They’ll be rude to you immediately.

My family and I were very impressed with the communication the facility has provided during this pandemic. The administrator was so helpful and friendly anytime we called and we are very appreciative of the kindness that he has shown us during this difficult time. The staff were always helpful and made a bad time in our lives a little easier. Thank you!

Wonderful place with compassionate staff. They have been so great at communicating to us during this pandemic. I recommend this place over any other in the area. My loved one is happy with the care she is getting and never have any complaints. Any of my concerns are always taken care of promptly by the gentleman I believe is the administrator.
