Hands down true scammer pays for reviews He have ask me and my wife put good reviews and he pay for them he contract on sites scamming contractors out money only thing he have to do is pay me my money he owe and everyone else he have done me like this once before and tried to be understanding and a good forgiving person but that’s not working so pls people be aware

They redid my original balcony some 6 or so years ago. The balcony gets very direct hot Texas sun almost all day. A couple months ago I noticed (after at least 6 years) some small hairline cracks on parts of the decking most in the sun all day. Got ahold of Mike and he agreed to send someone to check it out. Chris (one of Mike's team) called me the day before and said he would be out next morning. Based on Chris' analysis, he called Mike and without much questioning of Chris' opinion, he immediately said "fix it, whatever it takes, it's under warranty". Chris then took charge and made the repairs

We trusted this company in 2013 to replace our balcony, partially due to the 10 year warranty. We called Mike - the current owner - one year after completion to tell him that it was leaking and he barely acknowledged us stating "our product does not leak". In September 2017 we noticed that it was bubbling and attempted to get a warranty appointment. After revealing that it was a failed job, Mike & his employees began to simply NOT RESPOND.
