Services
JRM performs all asbestos testing related consulting functions, including asbestos surveys (limited and/or comprehensive), asbestos project design specifications, air monitoring and abatement project oversight, training classes, and the development of Operations & Maintenance plans (O&M plans.). If you answered "yes" or worse, "I don't know", there are important things you need to know.
JRM's focus of service in the area of lead based paint is how to safely and economically deal with lead based paint issues while maintaining regulatory compliance. JRM's approach is focused on keeping abreast of current regulatory changes and advising their clients with respect to compliance and potential lead health and/or legal related problems.
JRM's focus of service on microbial issues (bacteria and/or other pathogens) is on understanding the needs and goals of our clients. Effective decisions are then developed balancing your goals and advising you with respect to compliance and potential mold health and/or legal related problems. While it is possible to visibly see mold on a surface or smell mold in the air, it is not possible to know what's going on.

I called JRM Environmental for help at my residence after being diagnosed by my doctor with "toxic exposure." I knew of JRM after they helped me years earlier with a potential mold issue at an office property I own in Scottsdale. I wish all service oriented companies operated like JRM. Their representatives are incredibly responsive and dedicated. If not for extensive testing that pinpointed high levels of insulation-related fibers and vapors my house, the illness I had been dealing with could have gone on for months. This is a brand new home that the builder was negligent in leaving dust and debris

These guys are amazing. They were fast and able to accommodate the time crunch we found ourselves in. We had a home inspection and had to have air sampling done for mold spores. They worked with us to get this time as quickly as possible. Extremely professional! Top notch service would recommend them to anyone!

We took part of our popcorn ceiling to JRM for asbestos testing. We were in the middle of buying a new house and we were looking to do many of the rennovations ourselves, including taking the popcorn ceilings down. However, almost all popcorn ceilings that were put in before 1978 have some amount of asbestos in them, so for us to remove these safely we wanted to know if it was present and at what %. We were going to do it ourselves regardless, but how we handeled the removal and how careful we had to be depended on this information. They were really great, they offered to come collect the sample
