Felicia did an amazing job with my five year old who was there for his first salon visit and a major haircut! She was patient, personable, and did a wonderful, thorough job on his cut. He loves the new style and we are thrilled that we found someone like Felicia to do it. We can’t wait to come back! My son said that he “would definitely let her do his hair again!”

I have a hair dye allergy and can only use certain products, like Aveda. Initially, I was quite happy with this salon. Recent experiences have changed my mind. My first stylist moved out of state. All of her clients were shifted to two other stylists. I had difficulty getting my appointment scheduled, but was patient, as it was in the midst of COVID and my choices are limited because of my allergy. Then my next stylist unexpectedly quit. Frustrated, I booked an appointment with the stylist who had been there the longest online, thinking she would likely stay there longer and I could avoid this

Maggie is wonderful! She delivers exactly what her client wants and helps guide the decision with useful suggestions and clear descriptions of the options. She’s also great to talk to and makes the whole experiences really enjoyable!

Kenzie was super welcoming and sweet! This was my first haircut in years and a big change with length, she made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decision to choose her! She was incredibly nice, we had a great conversation which I really appreciated! Will definitely come back to her in the future.

Child got burned by a hair stylist this year. I usually don’t comment on google reviews, but this still bothers me cause now my daughter doesn’t really care to have a hot comb near her face. The hair stylist at this location never told me she accidentally burned my daughter, and I actually tipped her. Luckily the owner or the manager reimbursed me with all money paid as well as pay for the medication for her burned face. Still, I can’t recommend anyone going here after this experience. It was the worse experience ever.

Literally amazing. words can’t even explain how happy i was to choose maggie as my stylist. she was so so kind and created amazing conversation and listened to exactly what i wanted. it came out beautiful and couldn’t be happier with my balayage. it was my first time ever at a salon and won’t be my last with her. there was another “shadow” stylist that was watching her while she did my hair and he was so kind and involved me in conversation. we all just had a great time talking about everything and i felt so welcomed and comfortable. thank you for the amazing experience and i will be

Unfortunately, my favorite stylist moved to another state, but highly recommended Element Salon as the best place for me to go for great haircuts and warm, professional, personable care!
She guided me to the right place!! After restrictions were lifted due to Covid, I was finally able to experience just why my former stylist recommended this business to me!
The entire staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly. My new stylist, Schayna, has done an excellent job with my hair (I’m very picky…one of those people🙄), and I have received excellent manicures and pedicures from Natalie!!

Felicia was AMAZING she did such an awesome job on my nails!! I have short nails, and I'm trying to grow them out. She took her time and I left feeling so much more confident about my nails! Can't wait for my next appointment with her :-)

I started getting my hair done (cut and color) at Element in September 2019. Every 4-5 weeks I saw the same stylist until the salon had to temporarily close due to the pandemic in March 2020. I was assured that my April appointment would be kept in queue and they would call to reschedule once they were able to open again. Two days after reopening and I had heard nothing. So I called today and was told my stylist was moving out of state and had left the salon. The receptionist then said it was going to be a challenge to find homes for her clients so that's why I hadn't heard from them

I absolutely love this spa! I have gotten two wonderful pedicures. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is calming. I will definitely be coming back.

I really didn't want to write this negative review but was asked numerous times so I'll I've got to say is that I've tried to like this place but just couldn't. It is advertised as an Aveda salon but lacks Aveda skill and training even though they sell the products. I've had different services here but for the price IT IS NOT AVEDA and not worth it! I've gone to two different stylists here and it was not just one that did not do the job to my expectations. On one occasion, one of the other stylists told my stylist not to cut my hair the way she was cutting

I'm from out of town and went to Element for a Brazillian waxing service. The waxing was subpar at best and I was left burnt from wax and not hairless like I wanted after 40+ minutes. Now I just threw $110 down the drain. I had to go to Target afterward to get waxing strips and finish waxing myself! Not impressed. Sad to write this review because I've had good experiences at Element with their salon team and the people there are always nice, but I will not be returning for their spa services any time soon.

I have been going to Element for several months. I was referred to Cayla Brawt for her eyelash services. I was so nervous, coming from California where I had the same lash service for a few years. I finally made the appointment with Cayla. Oh my God! I LOVE this girl! Not only do my lashes look crazy good...she's so fun and sweet!! Go to her! She's seriously the best!!

My friend and I made appointments for facials. Our esthiticians were Cayla and Stacy. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Kayla had a wonderful touch. The interior of the salon is beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend this salon.

The place was very busy, but the massage rooms are upstairs and are very relaxing and quiet. I will be back and would recommend to others.
