Jeff did a fantastic job taking care of the plumbing issues I had! He was here in a very short amount of time after I called with my maintenance request and took care of the issue and then even took care of extra maintenance issues that I mentioned to him when he was here. Very excellent maintenance service from Jeff! Thanks for your help!!

Jeff Vickers is extremely hard-working while also being caring and genuinely kind. Not only did he fix the essential problems but he also went out of his way to fix other problems we let him know about on the side when he came over. He's great to have a conversation with and was very respectful of the home. Overall he's a fantastic person and an amazing Maintenance Professional.

Updates: {completely honest review on locations properties}
Jeff, the Maintenance man, went above and beyond to make sure appliances were properly working in my apartment. The transition was a little difficult when Locations Properties began managing the property I reside at. It was difficult to get in contact with them, and I’m positive now that COVID had a lot to due with that. In my previous review, I had mentioned that they leave it to tenants to change air filters, batteries in smoke alarms, etc.. I was a bit disappointed at that because there was no reduction in my rent, but I had additional

Location Properties has managed a rental for me for a decade. They manage the applicant screening process, lease agreements, payment collection, and repair requests for an affordable percentage.
When I moved out of town, Location Properties took me when no other property management company in town would respond to my management requests. I appreciate everything they have done for me over the years.

My husband and I just moved into a Location Property and we are already impressed!! On day one we met Dale Sleeper- he did amazing work, very likable amiable guy, then he went the extra distance to reclean the floor and a few other things that were left dirty. He just said, I’m here make me a list!” Thanks Dale.
Then today the faucet was leaking and the HVAC guy dissembled the door knob to the garage and left in on our washer. Put in a ticket this morning and now this afternoon Simone came- great guy too- fixed us right up and tidied up all his work. Thanks Simone! You’re the best!!
