Even though they did help me win my case they did not pay all of my medical bills. I was actually placed into collections and my credit score was impacted greatly in a negative way. I asked them to take care of it since it was their fault not paying it and my request was refused. Now I am stuck with having to pay it myself to clear up my credit. Very unprofessional if you ask me. All the money they made off of my case and they couldn't spare $400.00 to take care of a mess up they made.

****Updated*****After writing many negative reviews on different platforms I was contacted by one of the owners and they agreed to take care of the medical bill. They even researched deeper and found another bill hadn't been paid and they took care of that. Thank you very much for stepping in and getting this taken care of. Harris and Graves did a wonderful job for me! It was my first serious accident having to deal with a insurance company and Karie Hall and Edwin Turnage made it a much smoother experience then it would have been otherwise.
