Teklus Construction works with the homeowners to design and build a 3-structure residential project in Palomino Valley off Pyramid Highway (north of Reno / Sparks area). It consists of 3 pre-engineered multi-story metal buildings, septic setup, gravel driveway, and other site improvements. Teklus works on a concrete floor resurfacing project at Salad Cosmo in Dixon, CA.
It includes 4,000SF of polymer-modified cement installation and 10,000SF of sealer application. Teklus Construction designs and builds a commercial tenant improvement project in the midtown of Reno, Nevada. Renovating the interior of the historical building originally built in 1940s, the project provides multi-tenant spaces tailored to their business and creates an environment that enables people to work in great comfort.
