This company is falsely advertising their prices. They have listed a package deal for their Clear + Brilliant as $1295 for a 5 pack plus a free exfoliation kick off. When I emailed to book this and purchase the package, they told me that the information on their website was outdated and not only was the package now much more expensive, it didn't include the "free gift" as advertised on their website. Alas, it's been 2 weeks and the website has remained the same. Very frustrating practices!

Dr Parker and her son Jesse need a business reality check. ive been back several times with high hopes but will no longer be returning. I don't think I've been back and seen the same staff members (which speaks volumes about how're they're running the place). I honestly feel bad for the staff members working there. Lasair is really the best! They have the lowest prices I've seen in Colorado for most of their services. Their staff is super friendly and professional. I am always very happy with the procedures I get here.
Dr. Parker will not sell you something she doesn't think will benefit you and does not over-promise on results like a lot of other places. She has turned down several procedures I was interested in to recommend something less expensive because she'd rather have a happy customer six months later than fast cash immediately. Cannot recommend Lasair enough!

Rachel did a great job and has a very gentle touch. I look and feel rested and younger. I’ve tried other places for BOTOX, but Lasair is the only place I go to now. I’ve always had the best results here. Dr. Parker is great and the rest of the staff well trained, professional and friendly. The office is always clean and efficient and I love the remodel.

With many thanks to a gift certificate at my son's school, I found myself in the remarkable care of Dr. Parker and her medical assistant and aesthetician, Anne, and my skin has NEVER been better. I have hormonal breakouts and have been on medication and topicals for years and Anne tamed my skin and the breakouts are under control for the first time since I can remember (and the tone and texture are pretty great too)--RUN don't walk.

I do not have enough words to talk about the amazing experience! I was looking for a place to get my under eye bags treated with the Agnes RF machine. I found Lasair and since the first contact I had with them it was just great. I flew in from Florida just to get treated by them. Inhad booked an appointment on June and their was a family emergency so the treatment had to be rescheduled. They were extremely accomodating by writing a letter to the airline so that My flight could ne rescheduled without any fees involved. Wouldn't waste my time here. There are better places with more effective treatments. And I found that some of their staff is rude and impatient. And their products are expensive and don't work. Staff doesn't entirely know about all of the procedures offered and this clinic doesn't want to work with you and help you get to your goal. Disappointed.

DO NOT let them inject fillers into your face. 3 months later I still have bumps under my eyes after Nikki injected Juvederm incorrectly. I have had this procedure done before with great success 3 years ago in another state. Dr Parker tried to fix it by injecting a dissolving agent and returned my payment but really it was extremely unprofessional and after 2 days and 6 hours I still have bumps and will have to pay someone else to fix the damage and do it correctly. I can't say enough about Dr Parker and her staff. I have been receiving treatments from Lasair for close to 6 years. I have sent fellow employees over and dear friends and everyone raves about Dr. Parkers amazing technique and creative brilliance. The staff is very accommodating to my needs and difficult scheduling. I've had to come back once in 6 years for a touch up for my botox. Lasair has the best skin lasers. I've been coming here for 10+ years, and I've probably tried every laser. My favorites are the Thermage laser and the Cooltouch laser. They've made my skin just about perfect! Seriously, the Cooltouch is a collagen-building miracle, and Thermage is better than blepharoplasty. I had cool sculpting for $4,000 which did nothing. I reached out to Lasair and they looked at the treated areas. They said, "You were not a good candidate for this." I said, "Then why did you do it? I want a full or partial refund." Since that point they have refused to communicate with me. I even wrote a letter to Dr. Parker asking her to call me and she has not. This office is unethical and the fact that they will not even talk to me speaks volumes about their unprofessionalism. Do not go here.

Booked three treatments, questioned the gentleman who stated that all could be completed on the same appointment, received a call from Lasair and told that one laser was not functioning but that the two remaining treatments could be performed. Drove 2.5 hours to be told after a 1.5 hour wait that all the lasers were still at the technicians and had not been delivered.
