Imagine our surprise when we were signed, sealed and delivered, had our payoff and a few days later get a call and they made an error and we needed to send them another $2000! You pay a title company profession fee rates and expect professionals. They had miscalculated the realtors fees! They were totally unprofessional in the way they handled it from there. Since we live in another part of the state, we had the paperwork checked for any other errors to make certain they had figured everything else correctly which was more expense to us. I have bought and sold homes and have never had this happen

Do your research if you are considering buying property in Pacific County do not trust Pacific County Title Company. Look at photos of flooding and historical photos to see if property was used for industrial purposes and or is prone to flooding. If property was used for industry check with Washington State Department of Ecology to see if any soil testing and or remediation was done on property. Pacific County has alot of industrial contaminated flood zone properties that should have never been allowed to have new construction built and unscrupulous real estate agents selling these properties to
