Answered all my questions over the phone, ease of appointment setting. Great location and beautiful office. Dr. Payne was amazing and answered all my questions. I’ve worn glasses and contacts for 36 years and excellent service. Will continue to use her as I need my eyes examined every year.

My visit there is always pleasurable and relaxing. Never feel rushed and doctor always answers all my questions. The office is clean and have most recent state of the art equipment. I’m writing this review but don’t want anything to change so I can keep it to myself just the way it is.

Everyone’s so friendly and professional at Trendsetter! The doctor is thorough and efficient, and explains everything clearly. All the folks I interacted with were low-pressure, knew their stuff, and helped me make the best choices. The selection of frames is excellent.

Excellent and thorough eye exam, knowledgeable advice with frame selection, and perfect (multiple) glasses adjustments. There is no other optometry office my entire family would ever visit. And such friendly staff!

My experience at Trendsetter Eyewear was amazing!! I was greeted upon arrival by Cynthia I informed her it would be my first time ever having glasses. She was super helpful with all of her knowledge on their products we were soon able to find the perfect frames that over exceeded my expectations. I then informed her how I was very sketched out about the results I had got at the eye exam earlier the week “the place I went to was very quick and simple.” It didn’t feel right Cynthia then took care of me and gave me an eye exam with the purchase of the glasses to correct the prescription. Dr. Payne and her staff are excellent. Thorough & professional exam, comfortable office. At no time did I feel my appointment was rushed or that her attention was focused on anything other then giving me the most thorough and accurate exam.
I love my new LaFont frames that Chip helped me pick out. They’re a perfect fit and look forward to my new prescription sunglasses that I ordered.

Trendsetter was soo helpful and I had a wonderful experience with them. I was looking for a new vision clinic that accepted my new insurance and from the moment I called in with all my questions, to scheduling and then coming in the day of my appointment, the staff has been very welcoming, professional and informative.

I love this place!!! Very nice dainty store with excellent customer service. I got my eyes checked and got a pair of lenses. I was even given options on whether I’d like a full correction or an incremental (with the pros and cons). The frame selections were good. Overall, very pleased. You will not be disappointed.
My old frame was broken and they took the time to fix it, just so I could continue :). Thank you!

I am very pleased with the service I got here. Dr. Payne made sure my prescription was right, by having me try contact lenses and returning for a follow up. One of my eyes did need a small adjustment, and she gave me new contacts at no additional cost. I also appreciated that they are very thorough with their sanitation and preventative measures during Covid. They also have a fairly good variety of designer eyeglasses.

Chip is the most accommodating and helpful with the entire process throughout, and Cynthia was so thorough and efficient, yet kind with complete care during the exam. Fast and efficient. Trendsetter eyewear is the only place that has the biggest selection and most beautiful of incredible designers, and at incredible pricing. Unbeatable. Dr. Payne and her team are fantastic! I've been coming to Trendsetter Eyewear for about 5 years now. The facility is super clean, the staff is professional and helpful. I've recently starting bringing my young daughters for their eye appointments as well and Dr. Payne is so kind and patient with them! I definitely recommend Dr. Payne and her team!

My old glasses from Lens Crafters were defective and Trendsetter got me in right away! Covid friendly and very professional staff. Beautifully decorated inside. I really wanted to use my old frames, they were expensive and looked good on me, they were able to put my new lenses in! It was quick and my glasses and contacts should be here in a week!

Ordered a pair of glasses in August here it is middle of October and still no glasses. I was told the first time that they were lost in mail and they would be tracked I had to call and follow up each time to see where glasses where only to be lied too stating they would return order them. Talked to the rep in September 30 and was told I would be getting another pair ordered when I asked if they had them in stock they told me yes. Fast forward two weeks and I'm being told they didn't have the frames they had to order them and they just got in TODAY and now they are being sent to warehouse

Moving to a new City is definitely challenging ... having to find new sources for everything ... including prescription glasses. I already had my Rx and went in to find a cool pair, well ... I actually found two! Chip was patient while helping me locate the perfect size frame. Yes, they were expensive (Designer ... one was David Yurman). Why not? I mean, come on, this is YOUR face!!! Glasses came in when they said they would, no worries there. A few months later, I had an issue and Chip was able to solve/handle the situation quickly. I even went back and bought a pair of Kate Spade Sunglasses!

I've had a handful of glasses made here now and Chip always does such a great job. I was sick of getting ripped off at LensCrafters and places like that. Since I like shopping antique shops and perusing thrift stores, now whenever I find a cool old pair of glasses I just take them in to Chip and he pops my prescription lenses in. Best part is that he really cares about getting it right and doing a good job. One time he called and said he was sending the glasses back to the lab because they "weren't quite right" and I really appreciated that because he's never going pass

I bought a pair of very expensive eyeglasses from Trendsetter about 18 months ago. The prescription she wrote turned out to be too strong, and they replaced the lenses for free. But the entire process took several weeks.

Now I need my prescription that she used for the glasses. I called on Monday and the person that answered said the Dr. Was out of the office that day and she needed to sign off on it before he could send it. But it would go out on Tuesday via email.

Tuesday I received nothing from them, so I called on Wednesday and the Dr. happened to answer the phone. She said it was on her

Have purchased prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses here for several years. Service is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This visit was for a scratched lens. It was thankfully within warranty. Dr Payne and Chip were wonderful as always.

Friendly staff. Prices are average and cute selections of Glasses and Sunglasses from Gucci, Prada, Versace and more. Small space but many glasses to choose from and if you need a doctor to get your eyes checked Dr. Paine is right there waiting for you.
