We had a great experience with this company. Technician didn't try to sell us something we didn't really need. Serviced our 1989 units and the cool air is still blowing. They were quick to get us an appt and they seem to always answer their phone and don't keep you waiting. My new system ROCKS! They installed a unit that pays for itself, this may be the best deal I've ever gotten!

This company is the best yet, will definitely call back for service. Called yesterday afternoon and they came out very next day. Bart was at my door very nice, easy to talk to, friendly and answered any question I asked even if I asked it two or three times. The price was wayyyy!!!!! Less than I expected. So for all the amazing qualities I was provided with I’m giving all the stars in the google galaxy!

They came out to look at my A/C and said they'd come back to clean my coils. They never came back, so I hired a different company. They still charged me $75 to look at my unit even after several emails and phone calls gone unanswered. I would not recommend them.

We called Ellis Air for an after hour service, and these guys were quick to respond to our call. Within the hour we had a tech (Patrick A.)come and service our HVAC system. Not only was Patrick super helpful but he was very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our unit was properly cleaned and working as it should. I would deff recommend this company and Patrick to anyone in the area.

We needed the AC repaired for their house and Patrick provided stellar service in our their time of need. He came in a timely manner and was professional throughout the entire experience. Patrick was thorough in assessing the situation with the system, explaining it to us, and providing a literally cool solution. Pricing was good and the military discount was grateful. Now we can enjoy cooler temperatures this summer.

We had a heat pump installed by Ellis 6 years ago and it worked fine. 5 plus years later the AC stopped working, come to find out it leaked all the freon out of the system. 16 lbs needed to be installed. I asked about the warranty, and t hey told me "unfortunately you did not register your AC with the manufacturer so no warranty" I was never told that I had to register the HVAC unit by the technician and on the invoice, all it says "upon registration".. nothing else. I had no idea I had to do it , there were no instructions to go out to the manufacturers website to register

$360 and they were so messy. Did not put everything back that was moved, left screws all over the walkway I had to ask them to pick up and had to ask them to put the vent back on that they left off and they were leaving. Just saw that this one is crooked and not put back on correctly. Just so disappointed in this company! Way, way too much to pay for this type of service.

So this is the last thing I wanted to do but this company and the owner Scott left me no choice! Ellis air did all the ductwork in our new house, they were contracted by the builder. The vent in my son's room was smaller than all the other bedrooms and the A/C barely worked, so all summer we had to keep the upstairs thermostat at 69 degrees so his room would get comfortable, while my girls froze in their rooms! I called the builder and he told us to call Ellis and they will take care of it. Their tech finally came in October 2019 and he tried to adjust the digital settings and he did but

I'll be honest and say we've gotten to know the HVAC technicians really well over the past year. We've struggled with several different issues with this new system. However, I'll give credit where credit is due. This company has treated us really well, and has always bent over backwards to get it fixed, and fix it properly. I had an A/C installed and they did a great job. There was a few workers there and a couple of them were very nice and respectful, however there was one worker that was being extremely loud the entire time my house was being serviced. Towards the end, while one worker was installing my thermostat, another worker was loudly watching Facebook videos and kept exclaiming "Puta!", now I'm assuming he didnt know I understood what that meant, but I feel my home was disrespected. I did not appreciate the loud noises or the fact that I had people just watching videos in my house. I've

I called Ellis to fix a problem with my parents' air conditioner. I arranged with a very nice woman in the office for the caregiver to pay the bill and to call me after the work was finished. She wrote the instructions down incorrectly, so Jerry, in the office, called me for the payment. I told Jerry that there had been a misunderstanding and that he'd need to call my brother for payment since the caregiver hadn't been presented with the bill. He actually argued with me about getting the payment that minute, rather than having my brother call him with the payment. He was so rude

Very pleased with Ellis after having to replace my entire heat pump unit. I got quotes from two other companies in the area and went with Ellis. They were very quick to set up both appointments, with the installation of the new system the day after Bart was over to give me a quote. The guys who installed the system were right on time, very friendly and were done when they said they'd be. They even swept up the dust in my house after putting a seal around the vents. Bart came back the next day to check on the system and to set up surge protectors on the equipment.

The technician, Lane, worked quickly and in a thoroughly professional manner. Ellis Air provided same day service, I called at 10 AM, work was complete by 4:30 PM. Lane provided a breakdown of the expenses, explaining that he had to charge the AC unit with Freon.
Should my trusty, reliable, 28-year old AC unit break down again, I will certainly call Ellis Air Systems
