Prior to agreeing to the in-home presentation, I was already a fan of Water filtration, so my concerns centered on the product itself, costs, and customer service. I didn’t know what to expect, but generally, there’s always too much wading through the “fluff and stuff” before one can here the real nuts and bolts of a product or service! Purchased the water system through CWS about a week ago and let me just say that it has been the best purchase I have made so far. The sales rep that sold us the system was very kind and also gave us free soap for life along with other gifts. I will definitely recommend friends and family members to this company.

I was approached for this old man on a Sunday evening, doesn't make sense then he started talk to me in Spanish, he didn't even knew that I know Spanish, second he ask me about my ADT system so was very weird so I was sure to right down the license plates of his car, he better don't get near my property again or I'm calling the cops or something else. Stay away from my house.

In a day and age when I am disappointed with the service provided by more and more of the companies I deal with, it is refreshing to find that Coast Water still provides great old fashioned quality service. This place is a scam!!! We actually bought the filter and been with it for 3 months and said there would be no interest in the payment of some $9000! We got our first Bill saying we have a 18% interest even after the guy who sold it to us said there would me NO INTEREST!!! and if we pay the minimum payment of 179 a month for the next 79 months we will be paying over $17,000 that's over 50% interest...DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!...all the 5 star reviews are fake !!

This company is a scam !! They lie since the begining they enter your home. They told us they were going to run a city water test and it turned out it was just a sale pitch to get into our home ! To make the story short, we needed buying the water systems and it turned out that everything they said about the contract was a lie . The free cleaning supplies they promise you for life, turned out to be $290+ every time you order. The interest for this system is extremely high and that is not stated in their contract , we found out after our first payment! And in top of that , the water taste awful

Came to my door right after we moved into our home claiming they are the "water company for our city" and waned to "test our water" since our home had been vacant for sometime. Ofcourse having kids in the house, we agreed and made the appointment. The representative came to the door on time for our appointment again claiming they were from our city. Once everything was tested "in front of my kids" and showed us how gross our water is, she hits us with a $7000.00 water system and states she is from Coast Water Systems NOT "our city water department". To be honest, we just didnt want our kids drinking
