I needed my water tested and had a hard time finding a lab that would perform what they categorized as a "Health Test".
The staff was extremely helpful and thorough and spent the time to help me determine which test was the best option for me so I didn't spend more money than necessary.
They allowed me to drop off a sample instead of waiting for a mail kit and provided the results over email in about a week and a half and emphasized to call them with any questions regarding the results.
If I need water tested again I will not be going anywhere else.

**NEGATIVE REVIEW CHANGED TO POSITIVE REVIEW** My initial review was 2 stars due to the following: This was my first time using this company for a water test. The lab received my test kit on January 15th for a Health Scan ($300). The website indicates that results will be ready in 5 business days. It has now been 9 business days and I have still not received my full results. I received partial results only because I reached out to the lab to check on the status, and asked that they send me the results for the tests that have been run. I will not be using this testing facility for future water tests

I have to say, ETR came through for me in a major way. I am in the middle of purchasing a property with a well currently in place. Long story short I had the well company run the well to clear it out and take the sample. They sent the sample in and the postal company lost it! Not good when you have 10 days to do all your testing. Luckily I was working with a reputable well company that came out and ran the well again and hand delivered the test the very next day to ETR. On the very same day they gave me my preliminary results which also happened to be my 10th day on my contract. Thank you for helping

Etr Labs came through for me when it counted! After being overcharge by another company that didn't even have the correct certifications, They came out almost immediately took a water sample and got my all my results very fast! Everyone in the front office was a pleasure the deal with including the person who came and took the sample. Anyone i know looking for water testing will be referred to Etr!
