The staff here is amazing and I always feel really welcomed every time I come in. They have some of the best equipment to use and are always running some kind of special so you aren't paying a fortune for it. The place is also really clean too so that's a bonus. You get bonus upgrades too even with the lower packages for very simple things.

This salon is so clean and professional. The blonde gal with black glasses that works the front desk is so polite friendly and displays the perfect example of what customer service should be. I love red light therapy. It's amazing. Please let them know if there is a light bulb out because it can take them a little while to change it. I ended up going to a different location, locally. Sometimes the girls can be a little lazy about cleaning the bed thoroughly, but that just depends who's on shift. I would always use wipes to touch up anything. Sweet people.

STAY AWAY FOR RED LIGHT THERAPY!! Maybe the other services are fine, but I had a horrible experience trying red light therapy. This place is NOT a spa. It is loud, smells horrible- like chemicals and hair spray. Not the least bit relaxing. They will try and sell you goggles that don't work for red light therapy, and then refuse to refund your money when you explain they don't work. I tried to tell the receptionist at the south valley location all the problems I was having and she just seemed annoyed. So maybe this place is fine for tanning and other services, but it is NOT A SPA, and do NOT GO

I bought a package deal for the Versa spray tans. I tried the “darkest” color three times and each time I still ended up being pretty white, even after allowing the solution to set overnight. I didn’t get wet and I have drips from the solution. If you go for a spray tan I’d highly recommend a hand spray by Sharissa.

Terrible business! After this company bought out what was a good company they took the opportunity to screw over all existing customers. I had asked to have my account suspended for the summer and the employee who worked there ensured it was being taken care off. Two months later I'm still being charged. I called and spoke to the manager and owner. Neither that were helpful. They will not refund, nor credit my last two months payments that I haven't used because I signed a piece of paper when they took over the company saying I'd put my suspension in writing. I checked out sunny buns in the valley last week, and was blown away. This place is amazing. The new versa pro they have is unbelievable. They offer every possible spa service and this is undoubtedly the nicest salon in Spokane Valley. The girl who help me at the front counter, Marina, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Store was very clean and I appreciated that this business is run like a business, rather than a mom and pop shop like most of the other salons in the valley. Very professional, yet comfortable and fun.
