Oh my goodness! Y’all I must say I was so nervous and scared but all that was for no reason! The staff is so nice! The front desk lady, Mrs. Pam answered all the questions I had with such a amazing altitude. They called my name to go to the back and my heart started racing. I really needed three teeth pulled but after the Dr. Jackson looked at the X-rays she only felt like I two needed to come out and that we could save the other one! Yayyy!! So after I gave her a hard time with numbing my gums my teeth where out and I didn’t even know it. She had to actually show them to me on the tray. Let

Dr. Jackson has been our dentist for several years, and quite frankly my Husband, who HATES dentists, wouldn't go to anyone else... No matter what. Dr. Jackson, and her staff, are kind, courteous, and above all, PROFESSIONAL. They go above and beyond to provide dental services to the patients they serve with dignity and respect. The facility is neat, organized and has a welcoming atmosphere. I've Bennett had to wait more than to be expected at a Dr. Appt and I am always pleased with the care we receive. I recommend Divine Dentistry to everyone with a mouth! 😊

This place is a joke very rude lady at front I've been there twice haven't been seen last time was my son's tooth pain at 702 am on morning below 30 I had to let car warm up longer she wasn't at desk when i got there stood there 5 min she tells me I'm 5 min late the time before was there on time some other problems she gave me didn't once ask about my son are how bad his tooth hurt looked at it nothing absolutely does not care

I had the worst experience it was not even with the dentist but with receptionist I’m not from Shreveport so I had trouble trying to find the building she was so NASTY AND HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE WHEN I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE TO GET THERE I DIDN’T even get a chance to meet the dentist then I seen a scripture on the website pertaining to search my… heart o Lord yeah there definitely needs to be some searching when the employees have such nasty attitudes and could care less for no apparent reason it was a real turn off no disrespect to the dentist but the receptionist needs Deliverance

I went to this office for the first time the other day. The Dentist herself was very rude and unprofessional. The office had a total of five chairs. While I was seating there I had an uneasy feeling. I will be getting r xays from them today. After my visit I tried to look up information on her and I couldn't find anything on her. She had none of the license posted in clear I eye site. The only reason why I went to her was because she accepted adult Medicaid. I never left a dentist office feeling the way she made me feel. Next time I will walk in the place before making an appointment with an office

I am having a large amount of dental work with Dr Jackson, including five extractions just today! Dental work is never fun but Dr Jackson and her staff make me feel comfortable and, I can honestly say that Dr Jackson is the first dentist I have had to really talk to me about the toll sugars take on my teeth. All sugars, not just candy.
