Annual lawn service pricing is when we bill the same price every month for the entire year (average sized lawns, up to about 10,000 square feet, are usually between $125 and $225 per month). Most annual accounts include trimming the hedges as needed, managing weeds in flower beds, and/or pruning small palms and trees.
Fat Grass Lawn Care service takes pride in mowing your lawn in a pattern and not just going around in circles. Changing the pattern when possible is important for the health and clean appearance of your grass. Prune palms to clean up the low-hanging fronds and ratty-looking bark on the trunk. Sago palms especially can look much better by grooming the trunk to make it look smooth as shown here in the video.

I've used this company for probably 10 years. I primarily use them as my lawn care service, but they also do pressure washing. My property was last done by my son two years prior and everything was getting dark and green. Dave pressure washed the alcove area,
my front sidewalk, driveway, street curb area, and my small backyard patio. He also pressure washed my decorative concrete pavers that I used as edging, which are probably 14 years old, and it restored them to their original color. After pressure washing he readied the ground laying a weed control barrier. The area was then thickly mulched
