Fire Extinguisher Inspections need to be conducted Annually by a Licensed Professional to ensure their proper operation and Safety of work place. Kitchen Suppression Systems are required to be Inspected at least Semi-Annually to ensure the proper operation of all of it's components.

NFPA 96 is the industry standard for the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
