I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii but call Kentucky home. I attended Western Kentucky University completing a BFA in Performing Arts with a dance emphasis and Minor in Business Administration. While there I felt a calling that I was meant to do something different, something more with my life. You might be wondering why I put the word healing in quotation marks.

Essential oils have long been used for food preparation, beauty treatment, and health-care practices. Essential oils are used for a very wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications.
Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique that encourages emotional and physical healing. It is based upon the principle of life force energy. This energy is present in every living thing. If one's life force energy is low then we are more likely to feel stressed or sick. Reiki can help anyone who receives a treatment since it is individualized to your physical reaction and energy.
I have had the privilege of working with Nancy as my coach. She is genuine and attuned; that made talking to her easy. She has an awesome way of making you feel safe and not judged plus she is kind and a great listener. Nancy helped give me clarity with what I was tackling in my life at the moment and gave me tools to challenge my mindset which was what I needed.
