I gave birth at rancho springs medical center and was very nervous as it was my first birth and first time ever personally staying in the hospital. The staff was wonderful, supportive, knowledgeable, and caring. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I was well taken care of and would recommend their facility to others.

This review is based on two visits. I was surprised with how easy and quick they took me into a room for evaluation. The second visit was even faster, considering I needed stitches. I was very impressed with the nurses, specially with the Physician Assistance Mr. Spencer Darius, he was very attentive and very professional.

I normally love Rancho Springs. They are great with care for my kids. HOWEVER, this week I took my grandmother in to the ER. I understand they may be overworked and understaffed due to COVID, but the ER nurse Kevin D that was tending to my grandmother was not only extremely rude, he was constantly leaving the computer screen unlocked and open with ALL of the patients information on the screen. I was extremely patient with the entire process and when I kindly asked him a status update on my grandmother, as her IV Had been empty for over an hour he snapped at me and scolded me for asking reminding

I understand that we are going through a new surge of this pandemic. However, the ER should be embarrassed at the lack of communication with patients, the lack of care, just a complete lack in every area. So many children needing help, children needing breathing treatments, a 27 month old girl barely able to breathe waiting for over 6 hours in the waiting room next to me with her parents. She needed a breathing treatment so bad but there was "no room" at the moment. I supposedly missed a call for my name even tho I never left or fell asleep while waiting, causing an extra 2 hours delay for my next

I am torn about leaving four stars because, although, I personally obtained care from the attending ER Physician and I am quite happy with his true care and wonderful nature, I experienced other issues that were concerning.
The entire 4 1/2 hour time period I spent in the ER, not once did I see anyone clean or wipe down any surfaces. Shockingly, even between patients! I was asked to place my arm down to draw blood on a metal tray that simply was sitting on a surface. It was not clean and it is unknown how many patients, prior or after my care set our arms on that same tray.
At no period was anything

I had the worstttttt experience of my life last night in the er. I show up not feeling well and they automatically assume its covid and stick me in a tinyyyy room full of other covid patients. Not knowing if i even had covid. So if I didn't i surely do now. No one was six feet apart. Not one nurse cleaned any of the chairs after a patient left. Im 16 weeks pregnant and not one of the nurses showed any consideration. They left me alone for hours and when ever i asked to talk to my nurse they said yeah ill get someone and never did. I get you are busy but we go there for help. To feel better and

This is the first time I came to this hospital. It was crazy packed due to covid. The process just to be seen was long and very unorganized. The most of the staff was not friendly at all. However, some of the nurses and doctors where great. Apologized for the wait, but it really didn’t make it better. They had a lot of young people training who didn’t know what they were doing. They poked my arms servals times just to draw blood. Even though I said something I need blood work done. After waiting about 6 hours I was finally seen just so they can tell me there wasn’t anything they can do to

I visited the ER in December 2021 (non-covid related). There were so many people waiting. Once registered, it did take a while to be seen, but every single person on the staff who I interacted with was wonderful. I can't believe how friendly they all were considering how busy it was. They did their best to get everyone helped and diagnosed quickly. I am so glad that this ER is in my area. Of course I hope to not have to visit it again soon, but it does make me feel better knowing how awesome they are.

The response time to certain health concerns which should be more emergent, was definitely lacking. But everyone I came into contact with was very kind and helpful. It was a very busy day and I think staffing was low, so with that being said I think they did great. I have been there with my son as well and they took excellent care of him. We appreciate you ER staff and thank you for working so hard.

Wait time for services and meds in ER was beyond reasonable. Phone and call buttons were not answered
I never saw a doctor after being admitted from ER
Food was excellent and hot
No facilities for bathing. Was not offered towel/wash cloth, no shower in bathroom, sink was unobstructed in the shared room
Staff was pleasant and attentive when they did check in rarely. I realize they’re very busy and understaffed. I waited 90 minutes for pain med response after
sending 3 different messages. Another 30 minutes before I received it.
I was being discharged 2 days before anticipated. I was not
