We grow all different type of peppers from sweet, hot, purple, jalapeno, ancho, ornamental and more. So if you want to grow fresh peppers for your garden, come visit our greenhouse. Peppers are also great to grow in pots, so if you have limited area, you can still grow a pepper in a confined space or deck.
We have a wide variety of tomatoes this year including: sandwich, heirloom, cherry, grape, plum, yellow pear, and even purple. Everyone loves a fresh tomato and there is nothing fresher than picking one from your own garden. A large, heirloom paste tomato are great for paste or for slicing. The 8-12 oz fruit are much larger than regular paste tomatoes and are thick skinned and nearly seedless.
How about a plant that needs no dirt to grow and is easy to take care of, we now have air plants at Schweikert's Greenhouse? I can't say enough about how great this place is. My hanging baskets are the best I ever bought. I showed several people pictures of them and they can't believe how nice they are....and the owners are friendly, helpful, and really know their plants. I tell everyone I can about Schweikerts. This is a GREAT place to purchase plants. It may not seem like much from the road, but trust me, they have some of the biggest selections I have ever seen! When I have been unable to find certain plants at other greenhouses, this one typically has what I am looking for! And you'd be surprised at the quality. Very rarely are there plants that are dried out or over-watered. They have perfected the art of horticulture at Schweikert's!
