I got my policy through these nice folks here a while ago and everyone I’ve dealt with has been very kind and helpful. Today I had my rear glass shatter while I was driving home from work. I called to file a claim and then had to change some things on my claim after I already made it. Cathy was so very helpful in assisting me and she called the claims department for me to make the changes. I actually had to call a few different times today for help at different times. I've been insured with State Farm for years and a huge reason why I stay is the customer service. Shelby De Jesus has been so helpful and quick to respond when I have any questions or concerns about my policies. Shelby is extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about my interest in a life insurance policy (and I had a lot!). She made everything simple and easy to understand. I couldn’t ask for better customer service, Perry Olson’s team of professionals are amazing! I had never thought about getting life insurance until I spoke with Joe Gibbs. He spoke about the importance and I tried to brush it off, but knew he was right. Joe went over all of the options and costs, helping me to realize that life insurance was not only needed but also affordable! I signed up that day and am very happy with the plan he helped me choose. I am currently speaking with him about switching over my auto insurance as well. He went over my recent coverage and said State Farm could provide better coverage for a lower cost. Joe is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend
