Summit Drywall
With a 15 year background in the drywall industry, Kevin Stauffer started Summit Drywall, Inc. in 2015 with idea that customer satisfaction and quality comes first. Starting small in his home office on his small farm in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, he worked hard to build the company. In 2017, we purchased our current location at 100 York Avenue, Spring Grove, the historical site of the former Myers Canning Co.

The property was badly in need of repair upon purchase. Working from the ground up, with the help of friends and employees, drastic improvements were made to the structure. In 2019, a 4,000 square foot, modern office space was added to the rear of the building, completing the renovation process. At Summit Drywall, Inc., we pride ourselves in our experience, communication and attention to detail, whether it be in commercial or residential.
Services
Drywall is the most common material used on walls in American homes and businesses. It offers security, stability and a thousand different choices for the aesthetic, including soundproofing, waterproofing and heat insulation. We are trusted by both commercial and residential clients in all aspects of hanging and finishing drywall, going above and beyond to deliver on their needs.
Structural, cold formed steel is the ideal material for commercial construction. For this reason, more than 40% of commercial structures are built with steel that is non-combustible, stable and is 100% recyclable at the end of its life cycle. Metal studs are made of a lightweight, galvanized steel.
The development of suspended ceilings in the 1950's changed the construction industry. Today's modern acoustical ceilings offer even more advantages for building construction in design, fire protection, HVAC and the use of overhead space. More than just a ceiling finish, acoustical ceilings allow proper access to HVAC ducts, light fixtures, speakers and sprinkler heads located above or in ceiling tiles and frames.
Our expanding skills as a sub-contractor in commercial and residential construction is shown throughout projects of various scopes and designs. We produce the highest quality in our work, while maintaining a strict compliance with project schedules. Through the ranks of our office staff and field personnel, we command decades of knowledge in drywall, metal framing and acoustical ceilings.
